Tim Ballista releases two albums on 11/11/11
First one has very discrete and abstract Hard-IDM sound. Constructed of field recordings of sounds, surrounding us, into the sudden bomb, six tracks of “Thing Scape” album, which comes out at Kaometry Records takes listener deep into the frightening dimension of things. You can download the release here:

Second, as the support and contrast for “Thing Scape“, Tim releases a collaboration with Razxca. This is a free ambient album, consisting of short and bright sonic stories, inspired by Ursula Le Guin novels. You can download it for free at bandcamp page:

“Take care and watch the things around you. They can talk, they live their own lives and they can frighten you.”

Abstrakt Reflections moves to a new server/hosting
Woo-hoo! I am very happy to announce that Abstrakt Reflections is now hosted in a much better place than before.
For the ones that experienced server slow-downs or problems downloading our releases, this should do it. We also have mirrors for each of our releases hosted @archive.org so we should be just fine!
The wait is over. Abstrakt Reflections is back.
It’s been some months now that the label has suffered some sort of hiatus or something. But that’s over. For the ones who ask: No, Abstrakt Reflections is not dead.
I have to apology to everyone. I’ve been so busy with work, working full-time and even doing freelance works that I didn’t have enough energy or time to put on the label. Doing without feeling it, just didn’t make any sense for me.
But it’s over. I just needed to get back to this, simply because it what makes me happy. I hope I didn’t disappoint many people by know!
So, we’re finally releasing our now long-awaited compilation Nothing Left For Us this October 15. At last!
Sincerely,
Paul.
